Our Response to COVID-19
During this time of change and uncertainty in our community, the ABBY&FINN team remains committed to providing you and your families with the highest quality products and service. The safety of our team members and customers is our top priority.
Over the coming weeks, we will use this page to help keep you informed. We will be adapting as the COVID-19 situation unfolds, and we ask for your patience during this time. As many of you know, our company is small. And just like the rest of the US, we’re also dealing with recent school and business closures. As a result, some customer service emails or calls may take longer than usual to respond.
Rest assured, our current inventory levels are more than adequate and we’re working on ramping those up. However, we may begin to experience delays in our supply-chain as things progress.
So to help minimize complications with your orders and our operations, we are implementing these temporary protocols:
- Designs may be substituted, based on inventory, to avoid delaying your order
FedEx Service Impacts:
Lastly, we do rely on partners like FedEx for our deliveries and are at the mercy of their schedules and ever changing guidelines and procedures. They will be updating us on route closures and we will post those here when made available.
